You can purchase a new disk drive fairly cheap :) iFixIt provides forums and support, but if you end up replacing the drive and have questions feel free to ask me There's not much to mess up and there are plenty of guides on iFixIt that detail what you need to do exactly with pictures, descriptions, and etc. I work in console repairs and the PS4 is very easy to disassemble and replace parts with little to no knowledge on repair. You would have to replace the entire drive, unfortunately.
This is most likely the issue since it only happens with those few games. Make sure your disk isn't dusty or has scratches blurays aren't meant to be scratched so when they have scratches they're more serious than on a DVD.
